Rebecca “B FRESH” McDonald is a multi-media artist/journalist working in the arts, entertainment and politics. She aims to mobilize public consciousness and incite community power development through storytelling.in the mediums of photography, video and writing.

Her work has been featured in ColorLines Magazine, The Nation, The SOURCE, VIBE Magazine, Wax Poetics, IMPOSE Magazine, urb.com, OkayPlayer, on the covers of The Liberator Magazine and Anattitude Magazine. She has been a freelance photographer/journalist with the Village Voice for the last two years, and lives between Minneapolis and New York.
